Three ingredient, 10 minuet dinner!

Three ingredient, 10 minuet dinner!

Been looking for the no boil noodles at Trader Joe’s and finally found them! Also spotted the Argentinian shrimp with ginger garlic butter and thought it’d be the perfect match! Both take under 10 minuets and just need to be heated in a pan, maybe complete the meal and sprinkle some spinach into it. Complete meal made in no time, barley any ingredients, and actually came out really good!

Easy as 1-2-3

Two stars of the show! No boil noodles I’ve been SO excited for! Just so many options! These 700 calories for the whole bag, for this dish I used 5 bundles which is a little under 2 servings, probably around 500 calories. They give instructions for boiling which is odd, but you also can stir fry them in sauce for 6-7 minuets and have them ready 🙂 These shrimp come with an amazing butter sauce, only 310 calories for the whole pack (its pretty big!) Defrost overnight in the fridge, then can bake or stir fry as well—match made in heaven!

Cook it up!

SO EASY! I added some oil spray and the noodles first, plus a little water. Let them cook for around 3 minuets till the bundles start to loosen up, then add in those shrimp! I spread the butter sauce all over and mixed it up for around 4 minuets. Getting close to the end so I added a few handfuls of spinach, a little at first and when it shriveled to nothing added more. Spinach always tricks me! Around 2 more minuets and ta-da! Your all set with a complete dinner!

How’s it taste?

Pretty good! Overall id give the dish an 8/10, noodles 8/10, and shrimp 9/10. The noodles are good and I’m exacted to try them in some Asian recipes, they have a yakisoba texture to them. A little crunchy for a meal like this but great for others, also might just need a heavier sauce. Lots of potential and maybe not the perfect dish for them. The shrimp were amazing! warning that the sauce is ginger heavy, if you don’t like ginger you might not love it–but I do. So easy and a great bang for your buck! Adding spinach made this a one dish meal, and really liked it. big fan of all!
