Never a bad time for a flatbread
Obsessed with Trader Joe’s flatbread since I first tried it! Its so good, Only 560 calories for the entire bread, and so many options you can make. Knew today was going to be busy so made a breakfast/lunch flatbread in the morning, cheating meal prep to eat pizza all day<3 Also shows off how easy it is to make different dishes with this bread, the options are truly endless.
Ingredients ho!
This crust is fire! I kinda threw mine together with things I had in the fridge, it can be whatever you want. Basics of sauce and cheese are a given, but I also love a little ricotta dotted on my pizza and some half cheese balls for extra melty goodness. The egg was for the breakfast half….and had my sons left over bacon to add to it. Really use whatever you have and like 🙂 I also had some spinach left over from the night before and decided to add some veggies to the lunch half. You can add protien, different cheese, different sauces–anything you like. This flat break is a perfect thickness to hold up but still get crispy.
Both are amazing!
And so much food! Just had a little chicken with this and ate for the full day, this flat break is huge. Both were great in different ways, the breakfast had a slightly runny egg (my favorite) and the bacon added a salty crunch. The spinach and ricotta go so well together and are a perfect blend. Was beyond happy eating this all day, perfect for a crazy day at home but you want to cook and not get take out. Flatbread from Trader Joes is a 10/10—SO many uses and am in love with it.
